Shawn M. Porche, Chief Executive Officer

Shawn Porche is CEO and Co-Founder of eSeis, Inc. As CEO, Shawn is responsible for operations including sales, marketing, and business development. Prior to eSeis, Shawn founded and served as CEO/President of Exploration Specialty Processing (EXPRO), a company providing services and consulting in the specialized fields of Seismic Decomposition, Seismic Inversion and AVO processing and modeling. Shawn established EXPRO as sole licensee for several proprietary technologies, including ISWM, Rocks, LithSeis, and Seis-CAD. She has over 17 years of industry experience in executive leadership positions including building and running Geo-Science Service Divisions for AIM and Petrophysics, Inc.

Shawn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University. Shawn is a member of the Houston, New Orleans, and Corpus Christi Geological Societies, Houston and New Orleans Geophysical Societies, Houston, New Orleans, Lafayette, and Dallas Chapters of AADE. Shawn is an active committee member for HGS Emerging Technologies and was Chairman for two years. Most recently Shawn served as sponsorship chair for Gulf Coast Energy Marketplace and GSPEC, and was on the sponsorship committee for GCAGS for 2005 and 2006. Shawn is a recipient of the HGS President’s Award in 1998 for her instrumental role in introducing and implementing two new very successful concepts for HGS; Summer Technofest and Vendor’s Corner, both of which have become annual events.
